FXTV Player is a media player. It plays the content from the server you provide. We do not host, provide, distribute or have any control over any content accessed through the application.
The application does not include any playlist, channel, movie or series. To use it, you must own and enter the access details for your own media server.
2. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you access through the application and for ensuring you hold the legal rights required to play it. Using FXTV Player to access copyrighted content without proper authorization is the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Usage license
Purchasing a license grants the right to use the application on one device for the contracted period. Licenses are tied to your account and can be transferred between devices.
The trial period is 15 days, with no credit card required.
4. Account and devices
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Each registered device consumes one license from your pool. Reinstalling the application on the same device does not consume an additional license.
5. Availability
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Playback quality depends directly on the media server you provide and on your internet connection, factors outside our control.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. Relevant changes will be announced in the application, and continued use after notice implies agreement with the new terms.
