Frequently asked questions
Does FXTV Player provide channels, movies or series?
No. FXTV Player is a media player. It plays the content from the server you provide. We do not host, distribute or have any control over the content.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. It is 15 days free, no card required.
How many TVs can I use?
It depends on the plan: from 1 to 5 licenses. Each license covers one device, and if you switch TVs the license returns to the pool and the new one activates by itself.
Will it work on my TV?
LG with webOS 3.0 or newer (2016 onward) and Samsung with Tizen 4.0 or newer (2018 onward). There is also an app for Windows 10 and 11.
Does reinstalling the app use up another license?
No. The system recognizes the same device.
How do I activate my license on the TV?
Three ways: typing the FX-XXXX-XXXX code with the remote, scanning the QR Code with your phone, or asking your provider to activate it by MAC address.
